I-Polyacrylamide Ehlukahlukene Yezicelo Zezimboni

Ikhwalithi yethu ephezului-polyacrylamide (PAM)i-polymer eguquguqukayo etholakala ngezindlela ezihlukahlukene ze-ionic, kuhlanganise ne-anionic,cationic, izinhlobo ze-nonionic, kanye ne-amphoteric. Ngesipiliyoni seminyaka engaphezu kwengu-20, sihlinzeka ngezixazululo ezenziwe ngokwezifiso ezifanelana nezidingo zakho ezithile.

Isingeniso sePolyacrylamide:
I-Polyacrylamide (PAM) iyi-polymer yokwenziwa esetshenziswa kabanzi ezimbonini ezahlukahlukene ngenxa yezakhiwo zayo ezinhle kakhulu. Itholakala ngezinhlobo ezahlukene ze-ionic, okuvumela uhla lwezinhlelo zokusebenza zokuhlanza amanzi, ukukhiqizwa kwamaphepha, izimayini, kanye ne-metallurgy. Imikhiqizo yethu ye-polyacrylamide yaziwa ngokuzinza, ukusebenza kahle, kanye namanani okuncintisana.

Izici Eziyinhloko:

Amafomu e-Ionic enziwe ngendlela oyifisayo:Itholakala ngezinhlobo ze-anionic, cationic, nonionic, kanye ne-amphoteric ukuze ivumelane nezinhlelo zokusebenza ezihlukahlukene.

Ukusebenza okuphezulu:I-Polyacrylamide yethu ibonisa izakhiwo ezinhle kakhulu zokugeleza, i-sedimentation, kanye ne-viscosity.

Ikhwalithi Ezinzile:Kwenziwe kusetshenziswa ubuchwepheshe obusezingeni eliphezulu, okuqinisekisa ukusebenza okungaguquki kuwo wonke amaqoqo.

Izixazululo Ezingabizi:Izintengo ezincintisanayo ngaphandle kokuyekethisa ikhwalithi.

Izicelo ze-Polyacrylamide:

Ukwelapha Amanzi:I-PAM isetshenziswa kabanzi njenge-flocculant ezinkambisweni zokwelashwa kwamanzi kamasipala nezimboni, okusiza ukususa okuqinile okumisiwe nokuthuthukisa ukucaca kwamanzi.

Imboni Yephepha:Ekwenziweni kwephepha, i-polyacrylamide ithuthukisa ukugcinwa kwemicu kanye nezigcwalisi, ithuthukisa ikhwalithi namandla omkhiqizo wokugcina.

Izimayini:Isetshenziselwa ukucubungula amaminerali, i-PAM isiza ekuhlukaniseni amaminerali abalulekile ku-ore, okwandisa amazinga okubuyisela nokusebenza kahle.

I-Metallurgy:Ezinqubweni ze-metallurgical, i-polyacrylamide isetshenziselwa ukuthuthukisa ukusebenza kahle kokucutshungulwa kwe-ore futhi ithuthukise ikhwalithi yokukhishwa kwensimbi.

Ezolimo:I-PAM iphinde isetshenziselwe ukulungiswa kwenhlabathi kanye nokulawula ukuguguleka, ukusiza ukugcina umswakama nokuthuthukisa isakhiwo senhlabathi.

Uchwepheshe Bemboni:Ngesipiliyoni seminyaka engaphezu kwengu-20 embonini yamakhemikhali, sizakhele idumela lokwethembeka nekhwalithi.

Ukuzibophezela Kwethu Kwikhwalithi:
Sinamathela ezinyathelweni eziqinile zokulawula ikhwalithi kuyo yonke inqubo yokukhiqiza ukuze siqinisekise ukuthi imikhiqizo yethu ye-polyacrylamide ihlangabezana namazinga omhlaba. Ukuzibophezela kwethu kwikhwalithi nokwaneliseka kwamakhasimende kusenze sathenjwa amakhasimende kuzo zonke izimboni ezihlukahlukene.

Isiphetho:
I-polyacrylamide yethu iyisixazululo esinokwethenjelwa nesisebenzayo sezinhlobonhlobo zezicelo zezimboni. Ngokuhlangenwe nakho kwethu okubanzi nokuzinikela kukhwalithi, sikuhlomele kahle ukuhlangabezana nezidingo zakho ezithile.
